Orders are processed within 3–5 working days before shipping. Please include your custom name and number in the “Special Instructions (optional)” box at checkout — if no details are provided, the shirt will be shipped without personalisation. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days for the UK, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Australia, and Mexico, and 20–30 working days for all other regions. Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with tracking details when available. Please ensure your address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information. Some countries may charge customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
